Yes, you can use your NDIS funding for our services! At ACE Sport Coaching, we support participants who are self-managed or plan-managed under the NDIS. Our programs can be funded through both the Core Supports and Capacity Building categories, depending on your individual goals and plan. If you're unsure how your funding can be used, we're happy to chat and help guide you through the process.

We offer sessions across a wide area in the Perth metro region — from Mandurah in the south, up to Butler in the north, and out east to Midland. We aim to make our coaching as accessible as possible, so if you're not sure whether we service your area, feel free to get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Our direct coaching sessions run for 60 minutes. In addition to this, your coach also spends time behind the scenes to make sure each session is tailored to your goals — with 15 minutes before the session dedicated to planning, and 15 minutes after for writing up session notes and reviewing progress. It’s all part of providing a high-quality, individualised experience!

In line with NDIS guidelines, a 100% service fee will apply for all client cancellations unless:
The cancellation is made with at least 7 days' notice before the scheduled session, or
The cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather.
